At Exotic Rubbers, we stand by the quality of our racing and premium bike tyres. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

You received the wrong tyre model or size.

The product is unused, unmounted, and in original packaging.

To qualify for a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

The tyre has been used, fitted, or altered.

The packaging is damaged or missing.

The product was purchased under special offers or clearance sale.

Share your order number, reason for return, and product photos.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping.

After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as per your request.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We’ll provide a free replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations will be treated as returns and follow the standard return process.
